The Giza pyramids complex is one of the world's most recognized archaeological spots on the planet. It has acted as a true reflection of the greatness of the ancient Egyptian civilization for the last 4500 years. The complex consists of three main pyramids each one under the name of King Khafre, Khufu, and Menkaure, six little pyramids, the sole guardian of Egypt the great Sphinx, and the immortality maker the Valley Temple.
The Great Pyramid of Khufu is the closest thing to the heavens, the oldest and last remaining intact wonder of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. The pyramid stands at the height of 147 m (481 ft) as it was constructed in 2580 BC in only 20 years using 2,300,000 pieces of limestone each weighing 2.5 tons and a workforce of 100,000 free skilled workers which made it the tallest building in the world for 3800 years until the Lincoln Cathedral in England was constructed in 1311. The pyramid started the golden age of construction in Ancient Egypt and still draws countless visitors with its mystery and grandeur.
The Great Sphinx is the world's greatest and oldest statue, shaped as a mythical creature with the body of a lion and the head of a man, believed to represent King Khafre as a symbol of wisdom and might. Built in Egypt's Old Kingdom (2686–2134 BC), it is also known as Hor-em-akhet, meaning "Horus of the Horizon", and later called Abu Al-Hawl, "The Father of Terror", by Egyptians. Standing 73 m (240 ft) long and 19 m (66 ft) high, it was carved from a single limestone block and still captivates visitors worldwide.
The Valley Temple was constructed in the Old Kingdom (2686–2134 BC). It was the sacred site where the mummification process of Egypt’s royals took place. Built entirely from red limestone and granite, the temple is one of the best-preserved structures from ancient Egypt and contains extraordinary statues of King Khafre.
The Grand Egyptian Museum
The Grand Egyptian Museum is a golden portal leading to celestial creations of ancient Egyptian civilization cultivated over 5,000 years of innovation and artistry. This monumental museum houses some of the greatest archaeological treasures and artifacts, including:
The Hanging Obelisk, the grand statue of King Ramses II, the ten statues of King Senusert, the Grand Staircase, statues of Ptolemaic kings and queens, the Victory Column of King Merneptah, the royal regalia, and the Grand Atrium & Gift Hall.
There is a VIP ticket option available to access additional exclusive artifacts—please contact us for more details.
Proceed to enjoy your lunch at a local restaurant in Cairo, and complete your day tour with a visit to:
Saqqara Step Pyramid, constructed in 2700 BC by the legendary architect Imhotep for Pharaoh Djoser, is recognized as the world’s first large-scale stone structure and the earliest pyramid in Egypt. Rising 62 m high with six distinctive steps, it initiated the golden age of pyramid construction and is surrounded by an incredible funerary complex with ceremonial courtyards and chapels.
Memphis City, the first capital of unified Egypt, was founded by King Narmer (Menes) around 3100 BC. Known as the city of white walls and the seat of power, trade, and religion, it was dedicated to the creator god Ptah, patron of craftsmen. The name of the city, Hut-Ka-Ptah, meaning "Enclosure of the Ka of Ptah", inspired the Greek name for the entire country: Egypt.
Finally, we will drive you back to your hotel in Cairo for an overnight stay.

Pompey’s Pillar is an imposing Roman triumphal column built in 298–302 AD from red granite in honor of Emperor Diocletian. Standing 28 m high and 2.7 m wide, it is the largest ancient monolithic column outside Rome, and in the Middle Ages it was mistakenly believed to house the remains of General Pompey.
The Qaitbay Citadel, constructed in 1477 AD by Sultan Al-Ashraf Sayf al-Din Qa’it Bay, stands on the site of the fabled Lighthouse of Alexandria—once one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
