1. Booking & Contract Agreement

• All tour prices quoted on our website are per person and based on double occupancy unless otherwise specified.
• A booking is officially confirmed once the agreed deposit has been received and Passion Egypt Tours has issued an official confirmation voucher.
• All personal details provided during booking are handled strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. Rates & Currency Inclusions

• Rates include all services explicitly stated in the itinerary (guided tours with licensed Egyptologists, entry fees to specified historical monuments, designated meals, and air-conditioned transportation).
• Rates exclude international airfare, entry visas to Egypt (unless specified), personal expenses, optional excursions, and tipping.

3. Special Requests & Accessibility

• Special requests (dietary needs, adjoining rooms, wheelchair assistance) must be communicated during the initial booking. While we strive to accommodate all needs, confirmation is subject to venue availability.

4. Itinerary Adjustments & Safety

• Passion Egypt Tours reserves the right to make minor modifications to itineraries or sailing schedules if required for guest safety, navigational conditions on the Nile, or governmental site regulations, while always providing equivalent or superior alternative arrangements.

5. Travel Insurance & Liability

• We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, personal baggage, and flight delays.
• Passion Egypt Tours acts as an organizer for hotels, transport providers, and cruise operators and is not liable for loss, injury, or damages caused by independent third-party suppliers beyond our direct control.
