The Great Pyramid

The iconic emblem of Egypt, the Great Pyramid of Khufu, was constructed as the eternal tomb for King Khufu (2609 BC - 2584 BC). He commissioned his chief architect, Heminunu, to design an extraordinary burial monument that soars to a remarkable height of 147 meters (481 feet). The Great Sphinx
