In the morning, your expert tour guide will collect you from your hotel or any preferred location in Luxor in a modern, air-conditioned vehicle to explore the East Bank of Luxor, including:

Karnak Temple

The magnificent Karnak temple complex serves as an extensive open-air museum and was the central hub for religious worship in Upper Egypt from 2055 BC until the Ptolemaic period around 100 AD. It houses the largest collection of ancient Egyptian temples and statues worldwide.

You will board a 5-star deluxe Nile cruise for check-in and enjoy lunch on board. Afterwards, you can unwind in your cabin, and in the evening, you will be escorted to visit:

Luxor Temple by Night

The ancient Egyptian celebration site was established in 1400 BC during the reign of Amenhotep III and finished under Ramses II. This renowned location hosted the Opet festival, which honored the divine powers of the pharaohs, and its beauty and ancient mysteries could only be unveiled by the celestial moonlight at night.

Valley of the Kings

During the New Kingdom period (1570-1070 BC), ancient royalty aimed to eternalize their names and ensure their passage into the afterlife. As a result, 20 royal tombs richly adorned with golden treasures, artifacts, and exquisite decorations were created near their mummies in the Valley of the Kings, including those of Rameses VI, Amenhotep I, Seti I, Tutankhamun, and others.

Hatshepsut Temple

The Hatshepsut Temple is one of the remarkable architectural achievements of the ancient Egyptian empire, highlighting the significance of Queen Hatshepsut (1507-1458 BC). Its design is a masterpiece, built in the classical architectural style of the New Kingdom.

Colossi of Memnon

The Colossi of Memnon were built by Pharaoh Amenhotep III (1386-1350 BCE) near Cairo and later relocated to the entrance of Luxor city. Each statue stands 18 meters (60 feet) tall and weighs approximately 720 tons.

Savor a delightful lunch aboard the cruise as you journey to Kom Ombo, where upon arrival, a modern air-conditioned vehicle will escort you to:

Kom Ombo Temple

The unique double temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to the crocodile god, is situated on the opposite bank of the Nile and was built during the Greco-Roman period between 205 BC and 180 BC.

Abu Simbel Temples

The two temples of Abu Simbel were constructed by Ramses II (1292-1186 BC); the larger temple was built to honor Amun and to serve as the venue for the annual sun festival held on February 22 and October 22, while the smaller temple is dedicated to his queen, Nefertari.

The Unfinished Obelisk

Originally intended to be placed at the entrance of Karnak Temple by order of Queen Hatshepsut, it unfortunately cracked during construction. Standing 42 meters tall and weighing 1,200 tons, it showcases the skill of ancient Egyptian craftsmanship.

Lunch will be provided at a reputable restaurant, followed by an exploration of the area:

Philae Temple

The renowned sanctuary dedicated to Isis, the goddess of motherhood and healing, and wife of Osiris, the ruler of the underworld, Philae Temple was built between 380 BC and 362 BC by King Ptolemy II to depict an ancient story.
