The Great Pyramid of Khufu

Imagine starting your tour of Egypt's attractions by visiting one of the Seven Wonders of the World, standing at a height of 138.5 meters (454.4 ft). Exciting, isn't it? While there are many pyramids in Giza, this one stands out due to its extraordinary size, unique construction techniques, and numerous other features that make it the most popular destination in Egypt. Built in 2570 BC by the great King Khufu (2609 BC - 2584 BC), who sought to complete the work begun by his father Sneferu, this site offers a glimpse into the rich history of Egypt. Alongside it, you will also experience the impressive pyramids of Giza.

The Astonishing Giza Sphinx

The monument known as the Great Sphinx was constructed during the reign of King Khafre (2558–2532 BC), who sought to create a grand guardian for the Giza pyramid complex. He designed the Sphinx with the body of a lion and the facial features of himself. The enduring statue also holds the Dream Stele of Thutmose IV between its paws, which was placed there in 1401 BC.

The Valley Temple

Ancient Egyptian beliefs about the afterlife led them to develop an extraordinary method of mummifying their deceased. The Valley Temple was the site where they performed the mummification and purification rituals for their Kings and Queens.

The Grand Egyptian Museum

The Grand Egyptian Museum serves as a magnificent gateway showcasing ancient Egyptian masterpieces, reflecting 5,000 years of continuous innovation and rich artistic expression. This remarkable institution offers a unique opportunity to explore some of the most significant archaeological monuments and artifacts ever created, including :
