Giza Pyramids Complex
This site preserved the ancient spirit of Ancient Egypt for over 4,000 years. The Giza complex includes the three major pyramids, six smaller pyramids, the Great Sphinx, and the Valley Temple.
The Great Pyramid
The Great Pyramid of Khufu is a magnificent monument symbolizing glory and grandeur. Constructed around 2580 BC over 15 years, it consists of approximately 2.3 million limestone blocks, each weighing about 2.5 tons. Rising to a height of 147 meters (481 feet), it was designed to reach the heavens and remains the only surviving structure among the seven wonders of the ancient world. The pyramid showcases an exceptional design by its chief architect, Henom, featuring a complex interior that includes the King's Chamber, the Queen's Chamber, and the Grand Gallery. Its enigmatic origins continue to be one of history's most intriguing mysteries.
The Great Sphinx
Standing guard for eternity to protect the legendary lands of Giza, known as the "Horus of the Horizon," the Sphinx was constructed during the reign of King Khafre (2558–2532 BC). It features the body of a lion and the head of a man, thought to represent King Khafre, symbolizing his strength and intelligence.
The Valley Temple
The eternal center of immortality served as the focal point for the mummification process, also known as the opening of the mouth ceremony, through which immortality was attained. It was built during Egypt's Old Kingdom period (2686 - 2134 BC) by King Khafre as part of his complex. The valley is exceptionally well-preserved and provides valuable insights into the mortuary rituals of ancient Egypt.
The Grand Egyptian Museum
The Grand Egyptian Museum serves as a magnificent gateway to the remarkable ancient Egyptian achievements in celestial knowledge, developed over 5,000 years of ongoing innovation and rich artistic creativity. Inside this extraordinary museum, visitors have a unique opportunity to explore some of the most outstanding archaeological monuments and artifacts ever discovered, including:

It is renowned as the land of artists and craftsmen and was under the guardianship of the god Ptah, the patron of creation and artistry. The city housed the grand temple of Hut-Ka-Ptah, meaning "Enclosure of the Ka of Ptah," which was translated into Greek as Ai-Gy-Ptos, the etymological root of the name Egypt.
Saqqara Step Pyramid
The Step Pyramid, a remarkable achievement from ancient Egypt's golden era (2670–2650 BC), was inspired by visionary creativity. Designed by the brilliant Imhotep, chief advisor to Pharaoh Djoser, it features a unique six-stepped structure rising 62 meters high and is encircled by an extensive complex of impressive ceremonial buildings, marking the beginning of pyramid construction in Egypt.
