The moment you book one of our Passion Egypt Tours packages, you will, in turn, accept & agree on these terms and conditions — so make sure you read them carefully.
Payment Secure – Passion Egypt Tours
To Secure Your Payment
In order to fully secure your payment, you should inform Passion Egypt Tours of your request. From the moment you contact us, we will discuss and finalize all details and arrangements concerning your tour and send the completed itinerary for the final confirmation. After you have confirmed all the details in the itinerary as agreed, you will need to pay the deposit as discussed by wire transfer or a credit card transaction.
Amendments by the Client
While booking your tour with us, you will find it easy and very flexible to book the tour you want. You may need to make some changes to the initial itinerary to better fit your needs, and we will discuss all options with you to arrange the best possible tour you deserve. You can let our operation department know all your requirements — whether you would like to add or remove anything — and they will inform you if it’s a good choice from your side or not. Our team will check the availability, rates, and offer you the best organized tour you can imagine.
Payment Policy
All reservations should be made very early before booking the required vacation. A spot on the given tour will be secured upon receiving the required deposit, which is estimated based on the required tour, the number of travelers, and the required date of the tour. The deposit will, of course, count as part of your final payment.
For Overland Tours
For overland separate day tours that don’t require hotel bookings or domestic flights, we usually ask for a down payment of about 25% of the total cost of the tour. You have the freedom to pay the cost in any currency (USD, EURO, GBP, etc.). If you would like to pay the tour cost via your credit card, an extra 3% bank fee will be applied.
For the Shore Excursions
For any shore excursion, we require 25% of the tour cost to be sent as a deposit through your Credit/Debit card with no extra charges, or through a bank transfer. The remaining balance should be paid upon your arrival in cash in any currency you want or via your card with an extra 3% as bank fees.
For the Tours that Include Flights
For tours including flights, we require a 25% down payment via your credit card or bank transfer. The remaining amount shall be paid upon your arrival in cash (USD, EGP, etc.) or via your card with an extra 3% bank fee. Feel free to pay the cost of your tour with any currency you prefer.
For the High Luxury Tours
To confirm your High Luxury booking, we require a 50% deposit of the total tour cost. This deposit can be made via Credit/Debit card or directly through your bank account. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash upon your arrival. Alternatively, you can complete the full payment in advance, but note that a 3% bank processing fee will apply for card payments made in advance.
For Any of Our Travel Packages
We request 50% of the total cost of your tour as a deposit via your Credit/Debit card or bank account. The remaining balance will be paid upon your arrival in cash, or in advance by card with an extra 3% bank fee.
Kindly note that your booking should be made as early as possible to guarantee availability. Once we receive your deposit, it becomes our responsibility to start your booking procedures based on the required tour date, number of travelers, and tour package. Paying the deposit is now easier than ever — your tour operators will create a secured link for you with the agreed-on deposit, allowing you to pay smoothly and securely.
Payment by Credit Card – Passion Egypt Tours
To pay your deposit or final payment via your credit card, our tour operators will create a secured invoice so you can pay the agreed amount in a smooth, secure, and easy way. No need to send us any information regarding your credit or debit card details. You will only use the secured link provided by us to complete the transaction through a secure payment gateway.
Cancellation Policy of Passion Egypt Tours
Cancellation All Year Except Peak Time
All cancellation requests should be sent via fax or email to provide the company with written confirmation of your cancellation. In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

Plus, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights around Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to the airline’s cancellation policy.
Cancellation for Christmas, New Year, and Easter

Black Friday Offers – Passion Egypt Tours
All Black Friday deals will be available until November 30th on our Passion Egypt Tours website. Offers are valid only on new inquiries made during the Black Friday sale. Our Black Friday offers may apply to seasonal and holiday packages, with possible exclusions.
Refunds
All refunds will be processed through the same account and method used for the original payment. No refunds will be possible in the event of a no-show for a reservation.
Postponing Your Tour
If you decide to postpone your tour to another date and no booking procedures have yet been taken, we can postpone your tour as you wish. If you later decide to cancel after postponing, then our cancellation policy will apply.
Price Stability Clause
Once the full payment or deposit has been made, the agreed-upon price shall be considered final and binding for both parties. Under no circumstances will we request any additional payment or price increase, nor will the customer be permitted to request a reduction in the agreed-upon price. This ensures a fair and transparent agreement for all parties involved.
