1. Booking Deposit & Payment Schedule

• Standard Tour Packages: A deposit of 25% to 50% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking confirmation to secure domestic flights, hotel rooms, and Nile cruise cabins.
• Peak Season & Holiday Bookings (Christmas, New Year & Easter): A 50% deposit is required due to strict advance reservation policies with airlines and luxury cruise lines.
• Final Balance Payment: The remaining balance can be paid securely online prior to arrival or settled upon arrival in Egypt via credit card (Visa / MasterCard) or cash (USD, EUR, GBP, or EGP).

2. Accepted Payment Methods

• Online Credit/Debit Card: Secure online payment link powered by 3D-Secure encrypted processing (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
• Bank Wire Transfer: Official bank account transfer details provided upon request.

3. Standard Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds are calculated according to the date written notification is received:

• 40+ Days Prior to Arrival: 100% refund of deposit (minus bank processing fees and non-refundable domestic flight cancellation charges).
• 39 to 30 Days Prior to Arrival: 85% refund of total tour cost.
• 29 to 15 Days Prior to Arrival: 50% refund of total tour cost.
• 14 to 1 Days Prior to Arrival: 25% refund of total tour cost.
• No-Show on Departure Date: Non-refundable.
