The Great Pyramid

The most remarkable archaeological achievement on Earth is the magnificent Great Pyramid of Pharaoh Khufu (2609 BC - 2584 BC), completed in 2570 BC. It is recognized as one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, remains the only one still standing, and was the tallest structure on Earth for 3,800 years, reaching a height of 138.5 meters (454.4 ft). The Great Sphinx

Valley of the Kings

The Kom Ombo Temple, one of the most distinctive temples in Upper Egypt, is located on the banks of the Nile River. It was constructed by the Ptolemaic kings between 180 BC and 47 BC to honor Haroeris and Sobek, with dedicated sections on the northern and southern sides of the temple. The walls of the temple also display medical instruments used by ancient Egyptian physicians.

Return to your Nile cruise as it sails towards Aswan. Dinner will be served onboard the vessel.

The legendary Philae Temple was constructed between 380-362 BC during the Ptolemaic period to convey one of the most significant stories in history. It is well-preserved and dedicated to the worship of Isis, the goddess of motherhood and healing, wife of Osiris, the ruler of the Underworld, and mother of Horus, the sky falcon god of divine victory.

Abu Simbel Temples

The temple was designed to celebrate the sun festival held on October 22 and February, honoring the deities Amun, Ptah, and Ra Horakhty.
