In the morning, you will be transported from your hotel in Port Ghalib to Luxor by an air-conditioned car, where you will proceed to:

Karnak Temple

Spanning 247 acres on the east bank of the Nile in Luxor, the magnificent Karnak Temple was built over 4,000 years ago to enshrine the shrines and temples dedicated to various ancient Egyptian gods such as Isis, Ptah, Amun, among others, making the complex one of the largest open-air museums globally.

Luxor Temple

The house of celebration and festivals is the revered Luxor Temple, built in 1400 BC by Amenhotep III and later expanded by Tutankhamun and Ramses II, with restorations by Alexander the Great to honor the Theban Triad consisting of Amun, Mut, and Khonsu.

One of the most remarkable monuments in Luxor is the majestic Colossi of Memnon, built by Amenhotep III from quartzite. These statues stand 18 meters (60 feet) tall and were restored in 199 AD after being damaged by an earthquake in 27 AD.
