Early in the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel in Makadi Bay and transferred to Hurghada Airport for your flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, you will meet your private tour guide to start your magnificent 3-day tour from Makadi Bay, covering:

Giza Pyramids Complex

A 3-day Best of Egypt tour from Makadi Bay will guide you through the iconic wonders of 2400 BC, including the three magnificent Giza Pyramids, the majestic Sphinx, and six smaller pyramids.

The Great Pyramid

During your 3-day Makadi Bay tour, you will visit the tomb of King Khufu, the only remaining intact wonder of the seven wonders of the ancient world. Constructed in 2580 BC, it stands 147 meters (481 feet) tall and is built from 2,300,000 limestone blocks, featuring a complex interior design.

The Great Sphinx

A magnificent and timeless marvel stands near the pyramids, measuring 73 m (240 ft) in height and 19 m (66 ft) in width, symbolizing the strength and grandeur of the ancient Egyptian civilization. It is shaped like the mythical creature known as the sphinx, featuring the body of a lion and the head of a man, possibly representing King Khafra.

The Valley Temple

The valley temple, an ancient hub for mummification and the pursuit of immortality, will be the final highlight of your 3-day tour in Makadi Bay. It is one of the best-preserved archaeological sites from Egypt's Old Kingdom (2686-2181 BC), displaying the mortuary rituals of ancient Egypt within its granite walls.

The Grand Egyptian Museum

The Grand Egyptian Museum serves as a magnificent gateway to the extraordinary ancient Egyptian achievements, representing 5000 years of continuous innovation and rich artistic expression. This monumental institution offers a unique opportunity to explore some of the most remarkable archaeological monuments and artifacts ever created, including:

The Hanging Obelisk, the statue of King Ramses II, the ten statues of King Senusert, the grand staircase, statues of Ptolemaic kings and queens, the victory column of King Merneptah, the magnificent Royal Regalia, and the grand atrium with gift shop.

Hatshepsut Temple

The stunning Deir El-Bahari, also referred to as Djoser-Djeseru (Holy of Holies), is the best-preserved and most captivating temple in Egypt. It stands as a prime example of ancient Egyptian architecture, constructed during the New Kingdom to commemorate the illustrious reign of Queen Hatshepsut (1473-1458 BC) and to honor the creator god Amun.

Colossi of Memnon

During your three-day Makadi Bay tour, you will see the two massive quartzite sandstone statues guarding Luxor, each standing 18 meters (60 feet) tall and representing Pharaoh Amenhotep III (1386-1350 BC).
