The Giza Pyramids Complex, located on the Giza Plateau, is among the earliest monuments showcasing the grandeur of the Pharaohs. It comprises three main pyramids—Cheops (Khufu), Chephren (Khafre), and Menkaure—as well as six smaller pyramids.
The Great Pyramid was constructed during the 4th dynasty, under the rule of King Khufu (2589–2566 BCE). The pyramid is composed of over 2 million stone blocks and served as a sacred tomb for King Khufu.
