Karnak Temple

The illustrious Karnak Temple served as a religious center that developed over a span of 2000 years, beginning with the early Middle Kingdom around 2000 BC and continuing until the end of the Ptolemaic era in 30 BC. It was dedicated to various deities, particularly the Theban Triad of the New Kingdom: Mut, Montu, and Amun-Ra. Located in the heart of Thebes, it is considered the largest and most impressive open-air museum in the world. Next, board a 5-star deluxe Nile cruise for lunch and some relaxation. In the evening, we will pick you up again to enjoy:

Luxor Temple by Night

The magnificent house of royal authority and divinity, the Southern Sanctuary, has stood on the east bank since 140 BC. It was established to honor the idea of the renewal of kingship and became a focal point for the coronation of numerous New Kingdom kings. Amenhotep III, Tutankhamun, and Ramesses II played significant roles in expanding this grand temple. Overnight & dinner will on board. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Overnight: Onboard the Cruise
Enjoy breakfast on your Nile cruise, after which your private tour guide and air-conditioned vehicle will escort you to visit:

Valley of the Kings

The royal subterranean burial site of the New Kingdom served as a sacred gateway to the afterlife. It contains approximately 63 tombs belonging to renowned pharaohs and influential nobles from the Eighteenth to the Twentieth Dynasties. The Valley of the Kings as a whole provides invaluable insights into Egyptian mythology and the religious beliefs of that era.

Hatshepsut Temple

The radiant mortuary temple of Hatshepsut stands as a distinguished emblem of achievement and authority. Constructed in 1479 BC, it is considered one of the finest architectural masterpieces, built to honor deities such as Amun and to immortalize the remarkable legacy of Queen Hatshepsut.

Colossi of Memnon

Two colossal stone statues of King Amenhotep III are the sole remnants of an entire mortuary temple. These statues are crafted from quartzite sandstone blocks originally found in Cairo and were transported 700 km to Luxor. Built in 1350 BC, the eternal guardians of Pharaoh Amenhotep III were intended to symbolize grandeur as part of his Mortuary Temple, which has since crumbled to ruins. The Colossi of Memnon have collapsed and undergone numerous restorations throughout the Greco-Roman era. The two figures honor his wife Tiye, his mother Mutemwiya, and the Nile River God Hapi. In the afternoon, sail to Esna and Edfu. Enjoy lunch and dinner on board the cruise. Overnight stay in Edfu. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Overnight: Onboard the Cruise
Enjoy breakfast on board before continuing your Hurghada and Nile cruise vacation with a tour to:

Edfu temple

The sacred sanctuary dedicated to myth and the triumph of Horus was built during the Ptolemaic period, between 237 BC and 57 BC, spanning the reigns of Ptolemy III Euergetes and Ptolemy XII Auletes. The Edfu Temple is exceptionally well-preserved, offering valuable insights into the mythology, language, and religion of that era, and it also depicts the legendary battle between Horus and Seth.

Kom Ombo Temple

The remarkable Kom Ombo temple features a distinctive double design, constructed during the Ptolemaic dynasty between 180 and 47 BC to honor Sobek, the crocodile god of fertility, and Horus the Elder. This temple provides valuable insights into the medical knowledge of that era. Overnight stay in Aswan with a late-night arrival. Lunch and dinner will be provided onboard the cruise. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Overnight: Onboard the Cruise
In the morning, after breakfast, begin your guided tour to explore Aswan's tourist attractions including:

The High Dam

The Golden Aswan High Dam was built in the mid-1960s to generate electricity and conserve the annual floodwaters. The Aswan High Dam, known as the Golden High Dam, was built in the mid-1960s to generate electricity and control the annual floodwaters.

The Unfinished Obelisk

Located in the northern area of Aswan at the stone quarry lies a dormant masterpiece destined for greatness. Queen Hatshepsut (1508–1458 BC) intended the Unfinished Obelisk to be the largest of its kind and to stand proudly at the entrance of the sacred Karnak temple, showcasing the remarkable stone-working skills of the ancient Egyptians.

Philae Temple

The magnificent temple of the goddess Isis, Mother of Horus, known as the "Philae Temple," was constructed by Pharaoh Nectanebo I between 380 BC and 362 BC to showcase the epic story of Osiris, her husband. In the 1970s, the entire temple, along with the Abu Simbel Temples, was relocated to Agilkia Island as part of the UNESCO Nubia Rescue Campaign. Return to your cruise.
