Giza Pyramids Complex

Built during the Old Kingdom (2686–2134 BC), it includes three pyramids, the Sphinx, and the Valley Temple.

The Great Pyramid

Commissioned by Khufu, completed around 2570 BC. At 147 m tall and 6 million tons, it contains the King’s Chamber, Grand Gallery, and Queen’s Chamber.

The Great Sphinx

Carved during Khafre’s reign (2558–2532 BC) with his face on a lion’s body, it symbolizes wisdom and strength. The Dream Stele was added in 1401 BC.

The Valley Temple

Constructed in 2600 BC, it was used for purification and mummification rituals.
