In the early morning, you’ll be transferred from your Hurghada hotel to the airport for a flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, meet your private guide to start your two-day tour of Cairo and Luxor.

Giza Pyramids Complex

Dating back to 2700 BC, the Giza complex includes three pyramids, six smaller pyramids, the Great Sphinx, and the Valley Temple.

The Great Pyramid

Commissioned by King Khufu (2609–2584 BC), the Great Pyramid stands 147 meters tall and was built with 2.3 million limestone blocks. Inside are the King’s chamber, Queen’s chamber, the grand hall, and hidden rooms.

The Great Sphinx

This legendary statue, carved during the reign of Pharaoh Khafre (2558–2532 BC), has the body of a lion and the face of the king. Between its paws lies the famous Dream Stele of Thutmose IV.

The Valley Temple

Built around 2600 BC, this mortuary temple was used for embalming and purification rituals before royal burials.

The Grand Egyptian Museum

Highlights include the Hanging Obelisk, Ramses II statue, statues of Senusret, the Grand Staircase, and more. VIP tickets provide access to additional artifacts.

This burial site from the New Kingdom (1570–1050 BC) contains 63 tombs of pharaohs like Ramses II, Seti I, Tutankhamun, and Hatshepsut, filled with treasures and decorations.

Hatshepsut Temple

Dedicated to Queen Hatshepsut (1507–1458 BC) and the god Amun, this temple is one of the best examples of classical ancient Egyptian architecture.

Colossi of Memnon

These two giant statues of Amenhotep III, built in 1350 BC, once guarded the entrance to his mortuary temple.

Karnak Temple

This vast religious complex, built between 2000 BC and 30 AD, honors Amun, Mut, and Khonsu. Its Avenue of Sphinxes connects to Luxor Temple.
