The magnificent Abu Simbel Temple is a remarkable monument located southwest of Aswan, near the southern border with Sudan. It is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site as a significant Nubian landmark. Constructed over 20 years and completed in 1264 BC, it is known as the "Temple of Ramesses, beloved by Amun." The grand Abu Simbel Temples were built for several purposes: to honor the legacy of Ramesses as a great ruler and divine figure alongside Amun-Ra, Ra-Horakhty, and Ptah, and to express his enduring love for his wife Nefertari.
Upon completing your day tour in Abu Simbel, you will be transported in a private, air-conditioned vehicle to Aswan, where you will enjoy lunch at an authentic oriental restaurant.
You will proceed directly to your hotel in Aswan for check-in and overnight stay.

Upon arrival in Luxor, you will be transferred by private car to explore the stunning temples and tombs of Luxor's renowned tourist sites, beginning with:
The divine lands of Thebes functioned as a grand royal necropolis, housing the tombs of 63 pharaohs from the Eighteenth, Nineteenth, and Twentieth Dynasties of the illustrious New Kingdom era (1550–1070 BC), including Tutankhamun, Seti I, and all the rulers of the Ramses dynasty. This cultural marvel represents the finest examples of the religious practices, burial customs, and artistic achievements of that era.
The magnificent temple of the powerful Queen Hatshepsut (1508–1458 BC) stands as a remarkable archaeological masterpiece and one of the finest architectural achievements in history. It was built to celebrate her legacy, commemorate her accomplishments, and house the Barque of the great god Amun-Re. Additionally, it presents a captivating visual narrative depicting the Pharaoh's mystical life journey, from coronation to rebirth.
The magnificent Colossi of Memnon is a remarkable statue depicting two seated figures, crafted from quartzite stone by Amenhotep III around 1350 BC. Standing 18 meters tall, it features images of his beloved wife Tiye, his esteemed mother Mutemwiya, and dedications to the Greek mythological king Memnon.
Lunch will be served at a restaurant with a view of the Nile River, followed by a private guided experience to enjoy:
The largest religious complex in the world, and also the oldest in history, the magnificent Karnak Temple was built between 2000 BC and 30 BC by numerous kings from the Middle and New Kingdoms, as well as the Ptolemaic period. This highly revered site was established in the heart of Thebes to honor the sacred gods of ancient Egypt, particularly during the 18th dynasty, serving as a tribute to the Theban Triad of Amun-Re, Mut, and Montu.
At the conclusion of the trip, transfer to Luxor Airport for your flight to Cairo, then continue to your hotel.
