You’ll be transferred from your Hurghada hotel to the airport for a flight to Cairo. On arrival, your tour guide will accompany you to begin exploring the treasures of Ancient Egypt, starting with:

Giza Pyramids Complex

This world-famous site, dating back to around 2600 BC, includes the three pyramids of Giza, six smaller pyramids, the Great Sphinx, and the Valley Temple.

The Great Pyramid

Built for Pharaoh Khufu in the 26th century BC, this 147-meter-high pyramid was the tallest structure in the world for over 3,800 years. Inside are chambers such as the King’s and Queen’s chambers.

The Great Sphinx

Carved during the reign of Pharaoh Khafre (2558–2532 BC), the Sphinx has the body of a lion and the face of the king, symbolizing strength and wisdom.

The Valley Temple

This granite mortuary temple, built around 2600 BC, was used to carry out the mummification process for royalty before their burial in the pyramids.

The Grand Egyptian Museum
